Close your eyes- See yourself, at a comfortable weight and size, wearing clothes that reflect your unique spirit and beauty. Notice what peace and the freedom to enjoy life on your own terms “look like” on you- Imagine how you would move in this body, the expression on your face, and how you might carry yourself in the world.

When you are ready to heal emotional eating in any of it’s manifestations, you both need and deserve an experienced guide to take you safely along the way.

Somebody who knows the terrain really well, and can help you to anticipate all of the twists and turns so that you can have the smoothest journey possible. You want somebody who has led the journey for others, delivered them safely and happily to their destinations, time after time.

The truth is, reaching your destination, that place of loving your body and being able to devote all of your energies and talents towards something other than managing your weight, is not just for others!

Moving you out of the fear, and the beliefs that keep creating the results you don’t want, is the first thing we do. Fear is what keeps you paralyzed, stuck, and in all sorts of pain. Fear drives the beliefs, which create the patterns.

Since our sessions my issues with food and my relationship with myself have altered in a gentle but transformational way. There is this inner peace, a calming, this commitment to self-care, to really loving and accepting who I am and to honoring and giving myself what I need. I found my own blissful freedom from overeating and sharing everything I have learned has been my life’s work

I spent many years seeking solutions and techniques that would work for me, and for my clients.
