You are the one who inspires and soothes, you are the one with the words and the loving arms, both. You are of the waters, the earth and the sky.. you are air you are fire. All of these, all.
You are the stars in the heavens, twinkling sparkling bright daughter of the star people. Daughter of the Moon.. Daughter of the Sun. Yes.. all of this, all of this and more you are. You are more than and less than you know.. both and all. Breathe in the blue of the sky.
You come from the waters, and to the waters you’ll return. A daughter too of Neptune, your nature forever water, feeling all of it, let it flow and move through. Of the Mother.. the earth, the solid and green the loamy the rich, you are both, you are all.
Cast your sparkling diamond net across the waters. See it unfurl as it carries the beauty of you and calls in what is yours alone.
You are the heart and the mind, the visceral the cerebral, the left and the right, the steady beating pulsing and the bloody, the form of this body, you are the wisps of air and fog and the thoughts that float by like clouds when you let them. You are the illusory and you are the true.
When the fears and the false identities land, and they do and they will, because that is where minds like to play, turn your head. Edge into the space that is waiting for you… just a few inches to the right or maybe to the left. It’s close, it’s so close.
When the fears and the ugly words and memories of the past, and worries about the future land, and they do and they will, let them be a precious and loving reminder… hold your beautiful head steady, do not speak it, do not dance with it, do not wrap your arms around it, do not focus your eyes there. Do not dance with the madness there.
You are the love and the devotion, you are also the sorrow and the grief. There is room for both. Heartache and joy, both, let yourself be both, have both, where the healing lives. Where living in beauty can return.
We flow between, we are fluid, when we allow, when we open our palms and loosen our grip, we flow, life flows, tides come in and out. Phases of the Moon mother, changing her face. Let it all move through, be the container but also the filter that purifies and clears.
