If you know me, you know I am a 5 am girl from way back. I absolutely love morning and sunny spring mornings with everything greening up after a long brutal winter are exhilirating.
Still, so many of us are in the deep fear right now- so much uncertainty and those first chakra survival fears are up big-time for most people. The energy system of the body, the chakra system, is what I use to help me ready people’s energies. I’m not going to go into too much detail here but will tell you a bit about the first chakra, since I think you’ll get it quickly.
Our 1st chakra holds the energy of the way we live on the planet. It’s a lot about survival skills- will we have enough? will we survive and be strong enough to get along in the world? will we have enough money or security? Security is a big theme for the first chakra. A simple mantra to soothe first chakra fears can be something like “I am safe and secure” or “my physical body is always safe”.
But as i was looking out onto our spring green property this morning, I was remembering two phrases that I particularly love that also help me soothe the gut-level survival fears about money, finances, property, etc that comes up so much for us right now.
My teacher Sharon used to give us this phrase, and I absolutely love it: “There is only God here”. So when you look around at events in the world, or feel things closing in on you, or get caught in “awful-izing” pieces of your situation, the phrase above can be a very soothing reminder.
It works for me, and helps me to shift out of fear into faith again, simply and easily.
The other phrase that I find deeply comforting and useful, and which shifts my perspective in an instant by letting me remember the truth of my soul is
“Everything is unfolding in Divine Order”.
I find that so soothing and it takes me right out of survival-mode and into remembering my faith, knowing I don’t have to be in charge (and of course cannot be) and that something so much bigger and wiser is orchestrating it all.
Anyways, my thoughts for a gorgeous sunny morning- hope they help!
Love and blessings to you and yours,
xox
Lisa
