Good morning-
This is day 2 of my promise to post around my own personal attempts to get out of relapse. I will tell you one of the best parts of eating “clean” for a day- waking up the next morning. There are few things more disheartening than waking up in the morning, and having that moment of recall- when you are faced with what you ate the night or day before. You may know the feelng- it’s heavy with shame and regret and a sense of desperation to
“do something” to make it better. Waking up in the morning with regret makes it really hard to start
the day feeling good about yourself.
It felt very very good to wake up clear this morning, no regret, no shame- having kept my promises to myself
yesterday. So although it is truly pouring torrential rain this morning, my energy is clear and getting brighter.
