Am still on track but in the middle of true detox symptoms- headachey, tired, sleeping poorly.
Luckily have not had any difficult cravings for the sugar or flour, so I am grateful for that.
Having a food plan really helps create structure and let me know what I can and
cannot do right now- too many choices for an addict are overwhelming. I know…
So, drinking tons of water to flush out the toxins from 2 months of crazy eating, keeping
lots of good wholesome food in the house for meals. Even went out for a date with my
husband to one of our favorite restaurants last night- I loved my meal, a delicious little
chopped salad with tiny cubes of beets, and a steak that was perfect- I ate my fruit when
i got home.
Today is sunny and mild enough for a walk, so am on my way out, a bit late
for me, but it’s beautiful out.
Will check in tomorrow.
