~A pre-retreat set of questions to help us set things in motion. As soon as you book your retreat with me, our commitment to work together sets energy in motion. Your prayers go into the ethers and begin to create something new once you’ve made a new decision.
~Plenty of time for relaxed conversation and exploration to help you get clear and to identify where you’ve been and what’s next.
~An energizing and nourishing practice of breath work, some gentle warming up of the spine and a clearing of the auric field. Some clearing of the energy centers. Some prayers. We want to open and plug into divine guidance (of course).
~Working with your archetypes…the ones that helped you survive as a child but that may be interfering in the present, and the ones that are part of your new ‘team’ to guide you and buoy you for the magic that wants to be created.
