A kind of membership with focus on the private individual connection. There is no Facebook forum, no social media.
For those who do want connection with other members, there is a Wednesday group that is optional (but is inspired by my beautiful group that ran for 3 years during covid and was just wonderful).
What is included in our year together is foundational.
You can always add other coaching options if wanted/needed.

~~~It’s you and me, twice a month for private individual coaching to tune in to exactly what is needed for you to feel more at ease, more aligned and sure, more forward-moving, more comforted, more seen and heard. ***And… on those weeks when you are too busy to schedule one more thing, you can opt for email coaching on zoom days instead. My clients are loving this option as they get to keep the focused coaching and connection without any stress about scheduling a call. And then they also get more email coaching the next day (see next paragraph!). You get a choice… zoom call or email coaching twice a month… or nothing if you’re not needing it. Lots of ways to make it work comfortably. I want that for you.
~~~It’s weekly private online email coaching straight to my private inbox every Tuesday…check in with me, tell me what’s up, I’ll respond… sometimes I”ll send prompts for us to chew on… it’s a flow and an exchange… I type fast… you ask.. I answer. Another layer of support. Email coaching a bit more reflective, easeful. You can think and write at your leisure every week, and I get to respond in kind… I love this form of support… flexible yet still intimate and powerful. These are not quickie responses… they are thorough responsive and complete.
~~~It’s a weekly 90-minute women’s group via Zoom, for meditation, therapeutic writing, connecting with your sisters at the Table and me, whenever you want it, come as you are. You are not required but this group was very beloved for the 3 years it ran during Covid and clients love being able to gather and be seen, heard and receive personalized specific feedback from me.
