Intuitive Inspiration For You
It’s the end of another year. It’s that weird period between all the overeating holidays and part of you probably wants to just throw in the towel until January 1st.
Don’t do it.
Instead, think small. I know, I know, “slow and steady” is not part of this tribe’s repertoire but trust me this is worth cultivating.
Pick something really specific you can commit to every day from now until January. Just one thing makes a big difference.
Here’s my tried-and-true list:
My secret is to make changes by adding something versus subtracting- it’s easier and more fun.
Write in your journal for 15 minutes every morning over coffee
Start the day with a prayer to be guided by Divine Will
Make a gratitude list before going to sleep
Add 2 servings of vegetables to your daily menu
Start your day with a “green smoothie”
Commit to being physically active, even for 20 minutes daily
Pick something that when you consider doing it, gives you a sense of lightness, hope, and possibility. Don’t pick something that fills you with dread, or that you won’t be able to keep your commitment to.
Start small and watch the ripple effect occur. Get your perfectionism out of the way and do something small each day and start next year already feeling good about you.
I want that for you.
