I used to be really skeptical of people who said they felt relief being on a food plan- they sounded brainwashed to me.
Now I am one of them- This is my 15th day of freedom from crazy out of control eating- and I feel dramatically better- really really better, I swear! Part of the trick is to have a food plan that feeds you well, nourishes you on every level, and doesn’t leave you crazy or craving.
Andy and I were eating dinner last night and marveling how gorgeous our plates
looked- colorful and vibrant, and filled with good stuff.
