Happy Memorial Day! As tradition would have it, we’re having friends and family for a cookout later. Barbeques aren’t quite the same for me this year, since I took a break from meat/poultry and I have to admit it’s a little weird. I’ve found some other things I love on the grill- will share some ideas with you this week!
