First, close your eyes. Ask to be connected with your spirit, the part of you that is connected to the Divine. Let yourself breathe in the connection. Ask to be shown what feelings or beliefs you’re holding about yourself that are making it hard for you to have a lighter healthier body right now- just listen. Sometimes you will get an answer that comes so quickly or seems so simple, that you will discount it. But most often we get our intuitive guidance just like that.
Staying in quiet contemplation for a few moments, ask your spirit if you are ready to move some of these old beliefs and emotions out. What did you “hear” as the answer? Was it the answer you expected? Are you able to accept this as guidance for you right now?
Learning to listen to your own inner wisdom is a skill that will change every aspect of your life for the better. It will let you release outside opinions, and get better at knowing and trusting yourself to make the choices that are right for you.
